Client Responsibility for Consent

If you are a Client using messaging features, you represent and warrant that:

You have obtained proper consent from recipients

You comply with TCPA, CTIA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable laws

You do not upload purchased, scraped, or non-consented lists

Convert Harvest is not responsible for a Client’s failure to obtain proper consent.
